ARTLEI Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition when accompanied by the original order confirmation.
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return, please use the ARTLEI Return Portal.
Items must be returned:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- With all original packaging included
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returns & Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is damaged.
Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer until they reach our warehouse. We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance, as ARTLEI is not responsible for items lost during transit.
International Orders

At this time, free returns are not available for international orders.

All international return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Duties & Taxes
All international orders are shipped DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
This means duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so your order arrives without unexpected customs fees or delays.
Earrings Policy
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned for refunds.
If your earrings are not the right fit for you, we are happy to offer
- Store credit to use toward another ARTLEI piece
Rings Policy
Rings are not eligible for refunds.
If your ring does not fit as expected, we are happy to offer:

Exchange for another ARTLEI piece - Store credit
- Sale & Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:
- Items marked Final Sale
- Items purchased during site-wide or limited sales events
- Gift Cards
Refunds will be issued for the amount paid for the item only.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Email info@artlei.com with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product
- Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Additional Notes
Natural wear over time, including tarnishing, is not considered a manufacturing fault and does not qualify for returns or exchanges.
